- The conference will be in-person, as originally scheduled.
- Each presenter should use no more than 20 minutes, which will allow time for discussion, Q and A afterward.
- Thursday sessions will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will continue until about 5:00 p.m. A “Bad Shakespeare” film will begin at 7:30 p.m. Loads of laughs.
- Friday will include an early modern luncheon, two plenary sessions, some group sessions, concluding at about 5:00 p.m. Live performances of Shakespeare scenes will take place at 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday will feature more group sessions and will conclude in the early afternoon.
- At present Owens has a mask mandate for the campus.
- For personal reasons, Julia R. Lupton will attend virtually, but will take part in more than her plenary address. Many opportunities to visit with this amazing scholar via Zoom.

- We will have many options for transportation needs to and from the hotel and conference center.
- Detroit Airport (DTW) is an hour away for our site. We can help with ground transport to the hotel or conference venue.
- Seminar rooms are fully equipped with computers, screens and audio equipment.
- The Friday Luncheon will feature a “Shakespearean Era Inspired Menu.”
